GTMHA Volunteer Requirements: CRC All volunteers over the age of 18 MUST have a Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Person’s Check (CRC/VPC). Volunteers must request these checks prior to participating in any practices or games. *Note: CRC good for 3 years in accordance with BC Hockey To request a CRC/VPC, go to https://justice.gov.bc.ca/eCRC/ and use GTMHA’s access code NVMZKN27VU. Should you require a manual application at the RCMP Detachment, the Party ID # to give the RCMP is 1480430. With this code there should not be a charge for the CRC/VPC. Should you have to print out the form and have it signed, the signing officers for GTMHA are the President, the Vice Presidents, the Secretary, and the Treasurer. Bring your ID with your forms for signature.

All team managers, coaches, assistant coaches and team safety persons must complete (CATT) Concussion Awareness Training prior to participating in any practices or games. This course does not expire. Link is: http://www.cattonline.com/
