Parents of GTMHA Players: In order for GTMHA to maintain our insurance and your son/daughter to remain in good standing with BC Hockey and Hockey Canada, each family is required to complete a brief online course.  There is no charge for this course but it is MANDATORY.
Steps:
1.  Go to the following link - https://www.bchockey.net/SpecialPrograms/ParentEducation.aspx
2.  Watch the Trevor Linden Video

3.  Complete the It Starts in the Stands presentation
To find it quickly go to this link www.bchockey.net/applicationforms/sportsmanship.aspx and fill out the online form.  You will receive email confirmation of completion. Please note that there will be a double-verification step of "submit" and "accept".

Please note: Your home  Assoc. is GreaterTrail MHA not West Kootenay MHA

On completion, GTMHA will automatically receive an email confirmation that you have completed the course.
Again, this is mandatory to maintain insurance for the association and your child thus, any family not completing the course by October 15, 2018 will have their player suspended from the roster and they won’t be eligible to play until course completion.
Coaches playing unregistered players lose insurance for the entire team and will forfeit the game played.
It is a good course and part of the Hockey Canada Risk Management Program.
